Dylan has been involved in online marketing for the last 8 years. The former Media Development Manager at ValueClick Inc is the founder of One Net Marketing and actively involved with the day-to-day operations. While at ValueClick Dylan managed multi-channel marketing campaigns for RealNetworks, Expedia, Verizon and Adobe/Macromedia. He is versatile in all aspects of product development and project management in addition to advertising, trafficking and online marketing strategy. In his spare time Dylan volunteers his time for Ocean Networks Canada where he advises the foundation on web development, engagement and marketing strategy. Dylan is passionate about social activism and green technology.

Nicole is a social media expert, and accomplished video producer. She has been creating social media campaigns for the last 3 years through her company View Street Productions which has partnered with One Net Marketing to provide expertise in web optimized video production and distribution. Nicole has produced interest pieces on the environment, social justice, culture, and international conflict for Current.com, TheRealNews.com and Al Jazeera. Charles is a talented web developer with 15 years of experience in Javascrip, PHP and SQL database development. Charles is also an expert in HTML5 and CSS programming and has extensive experience building custom sites and applications using open source technologies such as Zend, Drupal, WordPress, Joomla Magento and OSCommerce. Charles thrives in a fast-paced agile development environment which is the management process adapted by One Net Marketing. Charles is passionate about photography and his fast response times, professional communications and the ability to provide insightful technology recommendations make Charles a valuable member of the One Net Marketing development team.

Nathan has been working with computers and design since childhood, with over 12 years of of which dedicated to various forms of media production. Specializing in User Experience and User Centeric Web Design, the tools of his craft include XHTML/HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Flash, and an arsenal of Adobe production software. Nathan is the lead designer here at One Net Marketing and is responsible for the user interface, front end web design and brand identity for all client projects. Nathan has held senior positions in design and corporate communications for organizations across the globe, such as the Silvacom Group, Speedwell Technology Australia, the Heritage Community Foundation and an instructional role at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology . Nathan brings a fresh perspective, leadership, and valued expertise to the One Net Marketing creative team.
Tammy Dubinsky | Illustrator & Designer

Tammy is a world class illustrator and graphic designer. Graduating top of her class from the Vancouver Film School Tammy brings our campaigns to life with eye catching illustrations and graphic design. Tammy’s creative approach has resonated well with One Net Marketing clients such as UpTake.com, Impact Radius and EnviroSpeak.tv who have build brand strategies around Tammy’s character designs. In her free time Tammy volunteers for the Vancouver Aquarium, plays outfield on her softball team and cheers rampantly for both the Edmonton Oilers and Eskimos. Tammy’s work ethic, creativity and passion for great customer service makes her an integral part of the One Net Marketing creative team.
